El 1 de abril de 2020, de 19:00 a 20:30 horas, tendrá lugar el evento titulado «Litigation Funding in Spain: learnings and prospects from other markets and experiences», en Madrid (Hotel Villa Magna. Paseo de la Castellana, 22).
Los recientes anuncios de operaciones de adquisición y financiación, incluyendo reclamaciones singulares así como carteras de litigios, han situado el Litigation Funding en el centro de interés de una gran variedad de industrias y sectores. Así, compañías nacionales e internacionales, firmas de abogados, entidades de capital riesgo e inversores institucionales empiezan a considerar este nuevo nicho como una alternativa idónea para la consecuención de sus distintos objetivos.
Un panel de expertos locales e internacionales debatirán sobre:
- el interés creciente de instituciones y consumidores por esta vía de financiación y optimización de recursos;
- las principales experiencias de algunos de los abogados y árbitros más expuestos a esta nueva práctica;
